ROECKL presents the highly popular LONA with the color-contrasting piping and the stylized hand logo on the characteristic fastener. In all other respects, these new versions remain true to the original model. And the quality is tangible. ROECKL’s exclusive ROECK-GRIP® material is extremely breathable, elastic and supple. In short: It fits like a second skin. At the same time, it ensures excellent grip and tactility for handling the reins. The characteristic fastener with the stylized hand logo reliably secures the glove around your wrist. The Munich-based glove tailors also attach great importance to the fit and manufacturing quality: The individual pieces are meticulously sewn together by hand. Seam tolerances of max. 1 millimeter are merely a tangible quality criterion, because comfort cannot be measured. The secret lies in the cuts and proportions. This is where ROECKL draws on more than 180 years of experience in the art of glove tailoring. Convenient: The LONA is machine-washable at 86 ° Fahrenheit (30 ° Celsius).

The European glove sizes for adults are measured in old inch (French: pouce). One pouce is approx. 2.7 cm. Size 8 is therefore 8 pouce = 21.6 cm.
The given sizes are just a guideline. Gloves are designed differently according to their functions:
Biking gloves are generally made from elastic materials with a comparatively tight fit, in order to have the full transfer of power from the hands to the handle bar.
Ski gloves must protect against the cold. Therefore they are made of material combinations which enclose the isolating air and are thus cut wider and bigger.
Horse riding gloves must fit like a second skin, because holding the reins requires high tactile sensitivity.
*If you do not have a tape measure at your disposal, you can use a piece of string to take the measurement and then determine the length of the string using a ruler.
