Return & Refund
Horse&Hound HK values our customers and provide exceptional customer service. We understand that not every purchase made from our website will be a flawless fit for every customer. Therefore, if you are not satisfy with a product that you purchased at our store, you will have 5 days from the date of receipt of order to request a return for refund or exchange.
The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any defects and/or damage. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the new and unused products together with the original invoice to the store where you made your purchase within 5 days from the date of purchase.
Horse&Hound HK cannot accept exchange or return of used, open packaging or damaged items, discounted display items, food, and customised products. MUST be in Brand New condition, meaning item has no signs of use or attempted use, modifications . Please note, Helmets are not returnable, we encourage you to try in our store before you buy.
If we have agreed you are entitled to exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, we will refund your payment. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice. For payment made with a credit card, please bring the concerned credit card with you.
Any refunds for orders will be processed immediately and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds are at the discretion of Horse&Hound HK and it may take approximately 5-14 business days for a refund to show on your statement.
Horse&Hound HK reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
Changes & Cancellation Policy
Order cannot be changed or canceled while it is being prepared or once it is shipped or dispatched. In any cases of changes and cancellation, a 10% handling fee of the total item price would be charged. Transportation, delivery Shipping cost will not be refunded if the order is shipped or dispatched.
In general Horse&Hound HK will be able to settle most warranty claims in house. However, some manufacturer warranty claims will be handled by themselves. Should the product need to be transported back to country origin, it can be arranged by by the customer. Horse&Hound HK can assist with handling, however delivery transportation costs will paid by customer.
