Return & Refund

We at Horse&Hound HK aspire to provide quality service and support to our customers.

Therefore, if you are not satisfied with a purchased product from Horse&Hound HK. You have 5 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return for exchange. Our exchange policy is as follows:

  1. You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. Refund Policy is not available. (No cash, Only DISCOUNT CODE will be provided)
  3. For an eligible return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
    - Items returned with missing parts, modifications and/ or signs of wear and tear shall not be considered refundable.
    - Merchandise MUST BE returned with all included accessories, merchandise tags, factory stickers, packaging still fully intact.
  4. Horse&Hound HK has the sole discretion to determine the final decision.
  5. Horse&Hound HK shall not be liable for the shipping fees for such merchandise, and have the right to claim any reimbursements for shipping if already shipped.Your items needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
    - Once we received your item, we will inspect and notify you, your returned item has been received.
  6. If your return item is approved, you will be issued a discount code for your future purchase with the amount you paid, for the returned item.
  7. If your Item is purchased online, we highly recommend you to proceed the exchange at the store. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for paying both the return shipment to us & the shipment from us back to you. Please return your items well packed.

  8. Please note that all helmets, discounted items and vouchers are not exchangeable / returnable.

Changes & Cancellation Policy
Order cannot be changed or canceled while it is being prepared or once it is shipped or dispatched. In any cases of changes and cancellation, a 10% handling fee of the total item price would be charged. Transportation, delivery Shipping cost will not be refunded if the order is shipped or dispatched.

Manufacturer Warranty
In general Horse&Hound HK will be able to settle most warranty claims in house. However, some manufacturer warranty claims will be handled by themselves. Should the product need to be transported back to country origin, it can be arranged by the customer.  Horse&Hound HK can assist with handling, however delivery transportation costs will paid by the customer.
